Go to smart and final, get 30 eggs for $10, get a package of sausage rounds frozen 24 pack for like $8, and then 2 dozen English muffins and 2 dozen Kraft singles for like another $10. All in all 30-35+ tax forn24 mcmuffins which ends up being about 1.50 a pop.
I have a muffin top sheet pan, and the sausage is already precooked, so just crack some eggs into the muffin top tray, pop the yolk so it cooks evenly and hard like a mcmuffin puck, then just assemble a English muffin, Kraft single, sausage patty and egg puck, then wrap in plastic and freeze. When you’re ready I unwrap, open up putting egg on one side sausage on the other place on a baking sheet into a cold oven and set it to 350. As it warms up and defrost and once it hits 350 it’s usually about ready.
Little prep, big payoff. I JUST got all the stuff to do this today because Im out.
